aaajiji's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your aaajiji account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes aaajiji's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
aaajiji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) suspected fraud or criminal activity; (c) failure to complete verification requirements; (d) duplicate account creation; (e) bonus abuse; or (f) any conduct deemed by aaajiji to be harmful to the Platform, other players, or aaajiji's integrity.
Upon closure of your account, any verified, unencumbered balance (i.e., funds not subject to wagering requirements or pending investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method after completion of all applicable verification and compliance checks.
